Hello, my daughter has just come back from senior summer school and mobile phones were allowed but there is a note at the end of the kit list saying that they are not recommended for junior students but if they bring one, it will be collected before bedtime.

Hello everyone, I have a question for those who have already taken part in Elmhurst SI. In the timetable that we received a few weeks ago, they mention "Snacks available at bistro" during the morning and afternoon breaks. Do you know if they are included in the price or not? Also, they say that the students can bring a little money for the tuck shop. My question is How much money would you recommend? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your testimony. My daughter is 14 too and is looking forward to it. As we are French, not only is she excited about attending great ballet classes but also meeting students from different horizons and improve her English skills.

Thank you. Apparently your child attended last year. Do you remember what time they were expected to arrive on the day before the SI? And what about the representation at the end? Was it on saturday morning or afternoon? I'm trying to plan things a little since we will be coming from France.

Great! I'm happy my daughter will be able to both enjoy veryy good ballet training and speak English for a whole week. By the way, I see most of you use DD or DC. What does it mean? Dance children? Dance daughter?

Hello! My daughter has been accepted too. She's 14 and we are from France. She is super excited and so am I since I will be back in Birmingham where I lived for a year in 2000 when I was a student. Are there other 14 year old students?

Hi! and thank you for accepting me. My daughter is on the wait list for the Royal ballet summer intensive but we would like to get more information about Elmhurst SI as she may be interested as well. In fact, we would like to know a litle more about the level of the courses. She has been in a ballet vocational school for 3 years and practises ballet about 20 hours a week so is this Si adapted? Thank you in advance for the information you can provide.
