We are waiting for results for Yr 7. Our closing date was last Friday. 

Two leotards, huge long leg warmers and tights that I used to cut the crotch out of and wear them as tops. DD was not impressed with that 😂

I got an initial email from admissions manager but no phone call yet. They have been a little quiet but then dealing with lockdown/ home schooling maybe stretched.

Hammond video complete tonight. 🥳Somebody should have filmed me. Standing on the back of our sofa!!  trying to balance and film to get all of the grand allegro in 🙈 The things we do! 

I am sure we will look back on this in years to come and laugh but I am so so glad that’s the last one done!

As I recall when you complete the application you fill in the date of birth and then it  pre-populates a drop down list of the courses that are available to you. 

Does anyone have any info on what a typical day looks like for a Yr 7 and what additional classes are offered over and above ballet. 
I can’t find the info although I am sure I had it.
Also, for anyone there already, DD keen to find out about boarding. How many to a room etc

She’s also now panicking that she can’t do her own bun. Little things but huge to a 10 year old!

As a mum of a Yr 7 auditionee and an ex dancer I am filled with mixed emotions. delighted that my dd has the same love that I had  -and have now regained watching her blossom but hoping that things have improved from back then if she does go down the vocational route. 

It is hard to know what to do for the best.

Completely agree with this! All different videos and then wanting it sent over in various formats. 
Steep learning curve here dealing with the technicalities! 

I think I am going to have to do same. I have it on Vimeo, YouTube, wetransfer but cannot get it in the format they want.

Just wondering if everyone’s Tring video took ages to upload? 
Mine has been ‘uploading 1 item’ for a loooooooooong time but doesn’t actually appear to be doing anything. 
 

Maybe they will give results in batches too then? 

I got an email from Tring today to say my deadline for submitting video was 25/2. 

Yes we need to do this too. 

The results for the summer intensive 2020 were emailed on the 15/1 last year but they opened applications up earlier. I think these are last years dates 

I am worried about Tring as we sent the application but there was nowhere to put the video. I got the acknowledgement of submission but was expecting an email with details to upload our video but nothing yet 

Congrats to you too! Neither were we! I think I am in shock 😂
