Dark blue professionally made tutu skirt . 10 layers of stiff net with two rows of hook & eye rear fastenings. Lycra pants.

Waist size is approx 24-25 inches.

Basque depth is 3.2 inches of dark blue material not lycra.

Net depth of top layer is 13 inches.

The skirt could be easily made into a full classical tutu with the addition of a basque .

From what I know , Highgate Ballet School , which seems to be near to where you are moving, has a very good reputation. They did very well at the Cecchetti Awards last weekend and I know that they have pupils who are Cecchetti Scholars . 

I hope that helps a little towards your decisions.

The groups for the lower junior, junior & middle award on the saturday seemed very large this year . 50 or more in each section which was great to see so many Cecchetti dancers . I didn't see the vocational awards on the sunday but next year will definitely try to. 

My dd received a commendation in the middle award which was lovely for her.

It's usually by letter which comes quite quickly . Fingers crossed & good luck to everyone .

Has any one heard yet? They are usually very quick with a letter .
