  1. As for the rest of the performance, Zucchetti and Masciari were standouts for me and Viola Pantuso made so much of her small featured role as the girl dressed in boy's clothes. I think she'll be going places. And Gary Avis's acting is just next level. I was having a hard time looking away from his interactions with Frankie at the table. What a special night!

I signed up for my free trial to watch the Ashton triple, and assumed I would be able to cast from my phone to the TV, as I’ve always been able to do so with the ROH streams they put up during lockdown. I use Google Chromecast. But no. The Apple platform they use doesn’t support that.

I just signed up for the free trial and Chromecast is working for me, so it does have the capability. If the Chromecast symbol isn't coming up for you, have your tried just casting your screen?

It's available now on medici.tv - subscription required but I think you can get a free trial, or sign up for a month for £9.90 and there are some other nice things you could watch while you are there.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be watching this as it seems like the ideal NYCB programme for me! I'm also disappointed in what they're bringing to London.

Yes in 2018 I cried as Alex walked down the stage at the end because there was such a sense of his loss that he would never see Giselle again

Me too, and that was the first time I really had the emotional response I thought one should have during Act 2. I also thought the 'wafty' lifts where she looked like she was floating in space were so breathtaking. I'm gutted I couldn't see them again in this run as their 2018 performance made this my favourite classical ballet.
