Sergei Filin's contract will not be renewed

The new director of the ballet will take more organizational tasks, in stead of only dealing with the artistic side of the ballet. It is sad for Filin, hope he can continue to work at the bolshoi. I'm curious who will be his successor. Any suggestions? -
