  1. every person is different and what suits on may not suit another it all depends on past as well as present training Northern Ballet school in manchester will still take an eighteen year old classiscal dancer into there school if they are good enough. also ballet west and central like wise . Laings depends on ability not age as alot of the mts do and some of them require all rounders depending on what course they follow however i agree with hfbew make the decision what is best for your DD and your family . I have also been in hthe same position and we decieded what was best for our family;

  2. to get rid of snails in your garden leave a saucer of coke out they will drink it and that should do the trick. Also to make your loo sparkle and clean pour a bottle of coke down leave overnight and flush in the morning result a nice clean sparkling loo .

  3. Hi just thought i would update on what the fitter from freeds told us at royal ballet upper school . She is very experienced and has fitted international and home grow ballet dancers including Darcey.She said when trying on a point shoes in shops turn the heel over at the back of shoe then rest your foot on the shoe if the heel goes over the inside the shoes are to small if the heel has space the shoes are to big . She also said beware of fittters as sometimes they can look at a child and think they are so slim and automatically go for a narrow fit she explained the width of the shoe is determined by the line of bones that run across the foot just before the toes start IHOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN She also told me my DD shoes were boaderline she said i had been sold a pair of shoes that were half a size to big and a width to narrow . At least we know what to look for now .

  4. hi SWE my DD was in the same position as yours last year and she made a choice she would get A levels then hopefully be off somewhere she has started her A level courses and is still dancing five times aweek . She is managing the work load for both and she only turned Sixteen in July this was one of the reasons she decided to stay and continue her education . I hope everything works out for your DD.
