Hello - DD attended week 2 of OPES and loved it. About 20 in her group (senior A). They were particularly good at making sure everyone felt welcome right at the beginning. Everyone in DD's dorm (about six girls) very friendly despite DD not knowing anyone there to start with. They had classes in ballet, contemporary and two repertoires. The end of week display was fantastic. DD definitely wants to go back next year.

A quick question about OPES - I've sent off an application form and cheque for DD for summer 2016. When do we hear back from them? I sent off the application early as we have limited dates in the summer and know this is a great summer school. Just worried that we may not find out whether DD has a place until too late to look elsewhere.

Is the Harpenden Summer School going ahead this year (2014)? The website is still all about 2013.
