Although I have been an infrequent visitor and very sparse poster on this and the old ballet.co site over the last few years, I've never really spent a lot of time on here. Having not been well for the last few days I've whiled away my time reading through many of the posts. Just wanted to say how informative it is and a big thank you to everyone who posts so comprehensively - although now even more uncertain with regards to encouraging or discouraging dd from auditioning for sixth form next year!! Hello Amethyst My dd is in group 6 at Tring - so I guess they will end up together on the Easter course, I'll tell her to look out for someone else from CBA. We're making a family holiday out of it and staying nearby, so dd will be catching the train in and out everyday. Millie3

Congratulations to your dd gazelle. Difficult decision - my dd loves the CBA at Tring, Did you notice on the questionnaire they asked if parents wanted the academy to be every week? Interested to know what the outcome will be. My dd has also really enjoyed everything she's done with the Northern Ballet - off to their Easter Course again next week. Their facilities are fantastic. Most probably not a deciding factor, but the shopping is much better in Leeds!

Well done to all those with a yes for this course. Has anyone got a no yet? DD still waiting to here and am guessing from the above posts that it is only the positive e-mails that have gone out - however could be that those not getting in don't post their outcome on here! Will contact them on Monday - but guessing they will have broken up for the holidays - so any info greatfully received. Millie

The auditions are this weekend for those not being selected through photo application - so I guess we'll hear in the next week or so. DD not been before, athough it has been highly recommended by others. Millie
