I agree- especially from so many different locations and different nationalities I think he was keen to involve more Ukrainian dancers this time and I see from Ukrainian National Ballet's busy tour schedule across vast stretches of Canada that he scheduled it at the end of the tour to give Golytsia and Kutuzov ample time to fly out in case (bad weather or other issues can cause flight delays from Canada). Plus having to coordinate the other dancers travelling from Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia etc as well. Quite a miracle the whole thing turned out successfully when one thinks about it. 😀 PS Ivan Putrov has now added the Gopak video to his Putrov Productions social media pages for more people to enjoy (and be encouraged to donate).
