Summer School Review Form

Jellybeans

Recommended Posts

Moving on from the other summer school review thread, this form can be used to give personal feedback about summer schools attended, to help other people make objective decisions about which one may be the best fit for them in the future.

I thought I would start a new thread so that all reviews can be posted in one place but mods please move if that isn't appropriate! It should be easy to copy and paste the blank form if it stays at the top of the thread.

Here's one to get us started but it is from last year as dd hasn't done any this year!

Name of Summer School? ENBS

Age/level or grade of dancer? 13/ Intermediate

What genres of dance were taught? Ballet, contemporary, rep

How many classes were generally taken each day? three or four

How many students were there per class? Lots, probably about 30!

Were the classes easy, challenging or about right? Quite easy

Were individual corrections given? Can't remember!

Was there a performance at the end and what was it like? Yes, it was good and we got to see quite a lot, which was apparently representative of what had been going on.

What were food and accommodation like? N/A

Were there any evening activities and if so, what? N/A

What did you most like and dislike about this summer school and why? My dd thought it was fun and that the teachers were good. She would probably have preferred a residential course as the travelling was tough.
