dancing shoes
We recently moved dance schools as my DDs closed. I have just noticed that the ballet she is now doing is level 3. In our previous school she was grade 3. She also attends a non syllabus associate programme. I have asked the new teacher what the difference is but she has been quite vague. As I have no knowledge of ballet can anyoune help?
w445403
our dance school is also ISTD (Cecchetti) and we have standards and grades. Standards (or class examinations) are generally for those who are just enjoying ballet and grades for those who want more and show some ability. In standards the teacher is in the studio for exams and in grades there's only the candidates.
