My first parcel has arrived and they sent the wrong size....

They’re still not answering the phone - has as anyone tried to do a return? I’m thinking that I may be selling a few pairs of shoes on here, soon!!

Nothing here, but then I didn’t get an order confirmation email, either. I wonder if the system was so overloaded that some went through and some didn’t?

I also placed an order - twice - and got the same message. I have not had an email confirmation and cannot check payment as I do not do online banking. I called but got an answer machine and emailed and have had no reply....

Did anyone who got this message and knows their order went through go on to get an order confirmation? I was assuming I was unlucky but maybe I will suddenly end up with more shoes than I bargained for....

The size guide on the website isn't particularly helpful but it is the smallest size available and probably about UK size 6/8. I think they are designed to be quite roomy!

For sale - Bloch XS black practice tutu. It is in good condition but has gone a little floppy although this could easily be remedied with a little TLC and knowhow!
