I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through this. We just went through this process in Australia. I would definitely keep trying and even contact some of the schools and see if they can help. I feel for you guys

We’re International, but received an email Monday saying they’d be delayed a bit longer. I was under the impression all UK-based applicants had been contacted

I just thought I’d mention (in case you didn’t know, as I didn’t know until recently) but the Joffrey school in NY has no affiliation with the official Joffrey school and company in Chicago. Just in case that affects your decision 

Yes, all the class work and variations are pre-recorded and then they show it live with the adjudicators.

The YAGP Asia Pacific Virtual Competition was pre-recorded solos that they made into 1 video and premiered on Facebook.

RBS Actually did a Zoom audition in Australia this year. I think there’s pros and cons to both situations

Thank you! It’s ok, she’s 17 so a bit older. We’re international so it makes things a bit trickier! She was offered a spot last year but didn’t accept due to covid.

My DD isn’t a year 7 entry, but we’ve already heard back to say they can’t offer her anything. So they’re definitely on top of things and checking applications!
