If you are allowed to you can make your own. It is a lot cheaper. We get 2m of chiffon fabric and then sew our own It isn't too hard! I've used it from G6-G8 and the exams.

I'll try to put them in on the hand wash cycle. Mine are pretty well use, so I can't find any washing instructions - but I think it will be fine!

My Bloch booties really need to get cleaned - is it possible to put them in the washing machine ?

I was wait listed last year when I auditioned for Rambert. I didn't get the final no until the end of June. Also, I know a girl who got offered a place mid June, so it happens

I've got an appointment on Friday at my chiropractor, so I'll check it

Yesterday I experienced a very sudden pain on the outside of my left hip. It is not in front of the hip, and not back where the turnout muscles are. It hurts pretty bad when I but weight on the left leg, while doing arabesque with the left leg en l'air.

It got worse with ballet class, and is less painful now - a while after class.

Any idea about what it can be?

The international ballet summer school in Dresden (Germany) is after 6th August. It is 10th-22nd August.

I'll be moving to London in september, and wonder what kind of different options there are according to accommodation. The school is in Battersea, but I do not mind traveling a bit. 

I'm unfortunately not able to get to one of their open days.

Yes, it isn't really cheap, but it looks like they can offer some good prices for accommodation nearby.
