We will try again next year for year 8 if no MDS is available. Gives us something to focus on in the future and set another goal. X

Anyone else starting to lose hope? I haven’t heard of any movement on waiting lists at all 😞
I don’t think there will be any movement until the offers are officially in place and accepted. I believe no one has officially had the official MDS offer with the amount of funding they will receive. It’s a case of waiting to hear from support fund first. Those with MDS offers will still be waiting to hear how much funding they would be entitled to….But yes I’ve started to lose hope and starting to plan ahead

That’s great news. Anyone heard anything about MDS coming avalaible?
I would assume after the next lot of auditions they are holding before we start to hear anything 🤞🏻

I assume we would start to hear about movement after the holidays, if there were to be any. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed to find out about the support fund 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

An email has been sent out with an update. Hope everyone has it and is prepared for the wait. Good luck to the waiters 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I think if we were to hear anything then it would be after the Easter holidays. 🤞🏻

Ah thanks so much for the reply. I returned the application form as soon as she received the offer and can only think that I didn't note the payment details as was waiting on the MDS decision (which she didn't get). I did try and fake fill the app form again to check for bank details but panicked I was accepting another place and abandoned the effort, Lol.
Thanks anyway - I'll call now x
I thought you couldn’t submit the application form without paying? I know I couldn’t. Are you sure you haven’t already paid? Hopefully you have this all sorted after one simple phone call. 🤞🏻

Also if registration fee doesn’t make a difference I walk away with my head down and a bit more poorer 🙈
-
I have paid the registration fee. In my eyes if you aren’t registered then I can’t see if they would allow you on the wait list. But I could be completely wrong and barking up the wrong tree. In my head it was better to be safe than sorry.

Does anyone know when decisions might be made with regards to the Hammond Support Fund? I know the deadline was 26th and acceptance fees are due this week, do you think we will hear from them before the deadline for the £160 is due?
Highly unlikely due to the amount of auditions they are doing at the moment. So I assume they would get those out of the way first before they look at the fund.

I would feel better about paying the registration fee if I knew where my daughter was roughly on the list, I understand why they keep it confidential but if it’s a lost cause I won’t pay the £160 🤦♀️🤣
Try emailing or call to ask where they are roughly on the list. X

So there's no funding offer for us. Absolutely gutted 😞
it would be nice to know how many funding places were offered so we can put it all in to perspective. And how many were offered to which year groups.
we are going to still accept our place and hope that we may be fortunate enough to find a way to send our daughter in September.
huge well done to those of you who got their funding. And to all of our kids who did amazingly well to be offered a place regardless of funding xxHave you received an email yet to apply for the Hammond support? I’m still going to sit patiently and wait a few months with fingers crossed. All of our children are amazing. X

I’ve just received an email that there are no MDS funds now, but had a form to apply for the Hammond support fund.
-
Does anyone know if the school offers bursaries? I will have to sit tight and wait for movement. If no luck then that would be the end of our journey for this year.

My DD letter has finally arrived after a week of waiting for it to be delivered🙈. Now to wait about funding, but not heard a peep. So not looking promising 😞. Congratulations to all of you who have received funding x x

Does anyone know if funding outcomes will come via post or email?
I’d rather not know for a bit 🤣🙈. My nerves have been shot and my social life non existent due to being glued to my emails and spending a week staring out of the window….still no letter 😆

I rang and got sent a congratulations email straight away! It also says on it that funding hasn’t been decided yet and will be notified separately.
Congratulations! You can now breathe! I might give them a call tomorrow if no mail. Do I ring the main number on the website and leave a voice message?
-
Nothing for me so far today. I’m hoping they still deliver in this weather 😭. I’m fed up of waiting now. Let me know if anyone hears back from the school.
-
Has anyone heard of anyone receiving a rejection letter? I had an email sent on Monday that the letter has been sent, but nothing so far. So I’m now fretting incase it has been posted 2nd class as a rejection letter. Either that or the Royal Mail is appalling in my area.
Hammond audition news?
