We received a WL offer today, but are still waiting for NYB results to come out. And tbh she found (the much cheaper!!) Rambert intensive better than previous RBS intensives.......so will decide once NYB comes out.....hopefully soon!!!

    Are you US or LS?

waitlist offer came through for US intensive today.

Can anyone tell me how long the days are at the US? Shes a day student so wondering what time she'll be likely to finish/start each day.

Do you know if that means they have only offered US and not Lower School yet?

  3. I have the same wording 'at this time'. I have seen several people posting on insta about 'short waitlist'. Can anyone shed light on that? I expect the waitlist to be ranked in order of preference according to age and gender but having two waitlist seems a little complicated.

DD got offered a place last week (nearly three weeks after submitting application) so I’m guessing it’s dependent on age and the week requested. Our deadline for payment is 1st June, I think they may all be different depending on date applied.

    🤞🏻 for those waiting

Can I ask how old your daughter is and which week you applied to please?

Is there a short waitlist and a waitlist? My friend said for spring her daughter got short waitlist (she did get offered a place). And I’ve seen someone post of being put on the short waitlist? Our email just said waitlist x

I would imagine they operate their list the same way selective academic schools do, those I know much better. They will replace like for like from the wait list (so a 10 years old for a 10 years old). I would also expect them to have the waitlist in order of preference. It just makes sense and that is how academic schools are run. What worries me is that there seems to be an awful lot of people on WL but this forum might be skewing things as I imagine people who get yes and no might not write back but those on WL are more likely too as we are in limbo looking for answers.

Playing devil's advocate, I always think of the 15th as mid-month. Even is feb is not a full month per se. Anyway, all of that to probably get a no anyway. It sounds like they want internationals, not uk so not great for us. We are London based.
