Mayara Magri’s first role after her promotion to principal was lead harlot in the October run of R&J. She was in the opening night cast.

They posted on Instagram that they need to fix some technical issues with the livestream recording but after that the gala will be added to the streaming site. So it will probably take a few days.
By the way, they seem to be livestreaming the Helsinki International Ballet Competition finals and gala next weekend.

Does anyone have any inkling whether the third cast (ie Takada and Campbell) will actually be dancing this, given that I think both may have been injured fairly recently? I have a ticket for this cast and am really hoping all is well but also rather wary since there has been no further reference to them since the casting was announced.
Earlier this week Christopher Wheeldon mentioned in an Instagram post that Hayward, Naghdi and Takada will be dancing the role of Tita. He writes: ”I’m grateful to be working with these three stunning artists.”https://www.instagram.com/p/Cd6x2J1D7wu/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

The Finnish National Ballet livestreams are usually available afterwards on their Stage24 page. There are currently several full length ballets and operas there, including a recording of Jorma Elo’s new ballet Sibelius and David McAllister’s new Swan Lake. It’s all free, and most recorded performances are available for six months. https://oopperabaletti.fi/en/stage24/

It’s also Olivia Cowley’s Lady Capulet debut (she posted on Instagram).

The Ashton Rediscovered recording seems to be still available on the ROH youtube channel. Looks like it was removed only from the ROH website.
I really enjoyed watching it and fully agree with all the praise for Ball, Bracewell and Hayward.- 1
