I completed the survey on your last post 2 days ago on behalf of both my daughters. Is this not the same survey as the one you posted in a different thread 2 days ago? I don't think you should be starting up another thread if this is the same thing. Apart from any other reason your survey results are going to be rather skewed if the same people redo the same survey.
