  1. Hi.

Apart from discussing it with your teacher.

    Have you a dance physio?

Have you changed pointe shoes to a different style?

I would suggest feet work. Doming and pointing on a semi blown up soft medicine ball.

    Calf stretches in parallel.

These are techniques we have learnt though my dd, as she has problems with her calves.

I would really suggest seeing a physio and going back and seeing the fitter. Explaining the issue.

    Hope that helps.

  2. I hope your trip to London goes well.

We have Oyster cards we purchased in 2007. We only use thm when we travel to the uk. But we keep topping them up and it's pretty easy to top them up. There may however be quite a queue.

    Have a great time.

  3.

We had a similar set of circumstances.

Bending forward was quite an issue.

After much treatment abound various health professionals we stumbled across a vertigo physiotherapist.

He gave her exercises and now she's almost back to normal.

These exercises were using the eyes to strengthen muscles in the core of the neck.

Rather interesting. It might be worth a try.

  4. My dd had an amazing time. She learnt so much.

She Loved the residential. And the care the teacher took with the students was very special.

    The houseparents where very helpful.

Dd thought I was one of the best summer schools she's ever been too.

She attended week 1 but would have dearly loved to do week 2. ( maybe next year).

    She's still talking about

  5. I have nothing further to add. Everyone has said everything I was thinking and more.

    But.

How are you feeling about things now?

Keep us up to date with your thoughts. And progress along the way.

    Good luck.
