Black Character skirt with Pale Blue, Lilac and Blue ribbons, suitable for Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) grades 3. Elasticated waistband.

Note: Length should be to mid-calf 
Waist: 46cm (BUT ELASTICATED WAISTBAND TO FIT MORE!)
Original Price: £30 – I can sell for £13 + pp
Condition: used but like new only twice for exam!!!
