drdance
Hi everyone, There are still places available on the 19th August masterclasses with Daniel Jones and Kei Akahoshi in Birmingham. It is £70 for the day (9.30-4.30) which will include ballet technique, pointe/demi pointe, virtuosity, body conditioning and repertoire. Students will be split into groups based on age and ability. I look forward to seeing some ballet.co-ers there!

drdance
Hi Snape, yes there are places for both days. If you (or anyone else) want to register please just email me, payment etc can follow but I would like to know numbers asap in case I need to change the venue (due to cost). Snape
Hello Can anyone help? We are going to this workshop for two days. We are coming from the North. I have found two cheapish hotels: Novotel right in the centre and Premier inn on Hagley road. The thing is in Edgbaston. Which would be better? They work out about the same price. Was worried about the tunnel closures getting in and out. Any ideas anyone? Thanks :-)
Jan McNulty
Will you be driving back and forth? If so, I think I would go for the Premier Inn as I don't think you would need to go through the tunnels. If there is no free car park at the Novotel, definitely go for the Premier Inn as I have found the parking around the Novotel end of town to be hideously expensive. If you like Indian food and you are at the Premier Inn, there is a branch of Akbars on the Hagley Road. Akbars on Eastgate Street in Leeds is probably my favourite restaurant in the universe! Jan McNulty
PS - to make things really simple to get to the Premier Inn on the Hagley Road, I think I would go M6,M5 and then J3 of the M5. Follow the signs for the city centre and it brings you up the Hagley Road.
