Ja Sm
Can anyone suggest some feet treats for tired dancers feet that will pamper and beautify them now that the sandal season is upon us? I have read somewhere that they shouldn't use moisturiser as that softens the feet too much-okay on the heels though I presume? Any suggestions and remedies appreciated. Tulip
Get toe nails manicured and polished, always looks a million times better.

Tulip
Put socks on the boys ha ha. Mind you their feet won't be as bad as they are not on point for hours.
Anna C
Yes, dd's chiropodist/podiatrist advises against lotion or moisturiser on dancing feet. She is also careful not to remove too much hard skin. Reflexology is a lovely treat if you can find a good Reflexologist. Our one cleans the feet with Witch Hazel prior to treatment and lotion afterwards is optional. Very relaxing.
taxi4ballet
Boots used to do a cooling peppermint foot spray (my mum swore by it). Don't know if they still sell it though.

I like the sound of this, must investigate locally.
