taxi4ballet
The daffodils are but a distant memory, Easter eggs long ago eaten, the lambs are now adolescents, starling chicks are already fledged, bluebells have been out for weeks, the roses are out, my tomato plants are in bud, the sky is full of swifts... And I wore flip-flops for the first time yesterday. So BBC - The programmes start on 26th May. What part of spring, exactly, will we be watching? Left it a bit late haven't you?
Fiz
Yet I have friends in Northern Ohio who were horrified by a blizzard yesterday.
taxi4ballet
Perhaps we should send them over there then, instead of sunny Suffolk!!!
alison
Surely spring in the farming calendar ought to be more around MArch/April time? But weren't they very late with Autumnwatch or whatever it is as well?
