Aruna S Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 I changed my ID a few days ago from afds to Aruna S, and tried to change my password but couldn't. Then I shut down my computer and the next day I couldn't log in at all. I had to request a password reminder which was sent by email, follow the link and then get another email with the new password. After logging in I tried to change the password to something I could actually remember but it wasn't accepted. This has been going on for a few days now, I keep requesting a change, getting the email etc etc. and it's pretty tedious. How can this be fixed please? Is it because I changed my user name? When you changed your i.d. all you changed was your screen name, the name that appears with your postings and messages. Your login name is still the same as it was.
