invisiblecircus
Am I exagerating in seeming to remember that the fees for full boarding at Tring are about 8 thousand per term. According to their website the fees are £9,940.00 per term including boarding for years 7-11.
Picturesinthefirelight
I know that boarding fees for Tring are quite a lot more than Hammond. I can't seem to load the Moorland site on my phone but saw that the academic day school fees were very reasonable compared to ds's school.

taxi4ballet
It looks a lovely place - they have an ad in the Nov 14 Dancing Times too. I don't think there is much available in the way of funding though.
Jan McNulty
I think you perhaps mean 2015. Thanks Fiz, I've corrected the date.
Harwel
Just wondering if there are any boys going to Moorlands ss this week? My ds is all fit to back out if there are no other boys!
Picturesinthefirelight
There were some boys last year & at Easter but i don't know about this year sorry.
Harwel
Thanks pictures. Hope there will be a few. He's not worried about the dancing, only that he'll be on his own in the evenings - it's all agony at 15!

I have a young boy ( pupil. ) there aged 10 , and Mr and Mrs Kidds sons are generally there . By now he will have found out though , I guess ! Harwel
Thanks tutugirl. Thank goodness there were some other boys. I swear, if there hadn't been, he wouldn't have stayed! At first he refused to take his bags in until he'd checked it out. When I left him, he said he just wanted to get to today so that he can put his tights on and get into class. I'm putting it down to teenage angst!
Harwel
Just a quick report that DS had a fantastic time at the Summer school. He thought the teaching was superb and that everyone was lovely. I really enjoyed the end of SS performance as all the children looked so relaxed and happy.
