John Mallinson
Following a member’s suggestion we have introduced a new system for posting bona fide special offers from commercial organisations on ballet and dance tickets. These can now be found in a thread entitled SPECIAL OFFERS for tickets pinned at the top of the renamed Ticket Exchange & Special Offers forum. I've kicked off by posting this offer there as well. Beryl H
Forward planning penalised again Having been caught out so many times by booking in advance, I booked the cheapest seat possible, balcony £10.
JulieW
Very annoying isn't it Simon!! I don't get to see much in London, but a friend asked me last week if I wanted to go with her and we settled on £40 tickets - could have had much better seats for £36 - GRRRRRRRRRRR! MAB
Personally I'm happy to pay higher prices to help finance these independent events.
alison
Sadly, I can't afford to I notice, by the way, that there don't appear to be any half-price tickets on offer from tkts in Leicester Square. Tomorrow night's performance seems to have sold very well, although I suspect that competition from "up the road" has reduced sales for tonight.
