English National Ballet USA Summer Intensive

I am finding it difficult to find more information regarding the ENB Summer Intensive to the USA for 2014. Can anyone help?

I wondered about costs, how difficult it is to get a place and whether the dancers are chaperoned and accommodation provided?

I have contacted ENB who simply send me the link to the application form which has to be sent with the audition DVD and fee to the USA.

 

Any advice from anyone who maybe attended in previous years would be great, my DD is 17 and in full time training.
