I've been looking in in the archive of messages for this discussion, but I can't find it. If anyone remembers it, I just wanted to ask did anyone purchase these DVDs and what was the results. Sheila Beelam Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 I purchased the front splits fast programme and it did help, I do believe the massage works and I found the use of a tennis ball excellent at releasing tension around hips.
