Legseleven
I think Elmhurst Associates classes are for primary school aged children only, ie the same as RBS JAs.
Fusster
Thank you I thought so. Just trying to think of alternatives if my DD does not get into RBS MIDs next year. Everything seems so far away (I live in Gloucestershire).
rachaelballet12
I agree with Lildancer all schemes have extra costs I know people who travel from vast distances to attend there associate lessons. Although EYB sounds expensive break down the hours danced and taught add on the performance and most of all the enjoyment and lessons learnt that EYB provide . 2dancersmum
Ballet Cymru Associates are for 13+ but are a good one to look out for in the future as they are quite easy to reach from Gloucestershire. In the meantime, if your DD does not get RBS Mids, I would perhaps look at RAD Associates (monthly on Sundays)and Birmingham Royal Ballet Insight Days or go for performance opportunities with MTB, EYB, NYB and don't forget you can top up your DDs training with summer schools. Keep an eye out for RAD events organised for the south west aswell as they tend to have events based in Gloucester, Swindon or Taunton on a fairly regular basis.
