Does anyone know anything about London Studio Centre's Associate Scheme?

Believe it's new this year. DD was going to audition, but changed her mind when retained her place on the Central associate programme. Did sound good, sometimes wonder if we made the right decision! She did the 3 day Summer course there and really enjoyed it.

I wondered about that - they seem to have had an evening one before (still?)

 

Is Central 'just' Ballet?  This appealed to DD as it has singing as well and after our disaster with the CAT it was a complete change.

 

Now I just need to find the money they want 2/3rds by the end of September <gulp> so I'm looking at grants & burseries

Central associates study ballet and contemporary (creative instead of contemporary in Prep 1). Pointework starts gradually and increases as you progress each year. At the moment only the top class (Pre-Seniors) have a Pilates class too but I believe from September all years will take Pilates.

Silly isn't it to get so excited about a 'school' or a 'dance class'

 

But DD (& therefore me) really is, it doesn't start for ages yet tho'
