Klaris
Thanks for this Spanner - we were wondering what to do about the ribbon, but don't think my dd will worry about wearing one now. Hope your lovely girl enjoyed the day x

LinMM
And I'm sure her dancing was as good as she looked ribbon or no ribbon!!

Legseleven
I hope her exam went really well, Spannerandpony! My DD didn't wear hair ribbons for IF or intermediate and I don't remember any of the other girls wearing hair ribbons either - although a couple had 'diamond' headed hairpins at the side of their buns....??!
Anna C
Crikey! Teacher would have whipped that out, quick as you like! When dd took (the old) IF it was black leotards and a small bow of pale pink velvet ribbon - did look sweet. A royal blue one would probably have looked fine today but she looked neat, tidy and classical so job done. :-)
Sheila Beelam
Hope all went well! We always had black velvet bows, so that's what we've made for our site & shop but looks like we may need to expand the range to a myriad of RAD colours...and we always put them below the bun
