Help finding a ballet school in Shropshire/ Telford

Hi! We recently moved from London and I find it difficult to find a good ballet school for my 9 year old in Telford/Shropshire area.  She is in Grade 3, having all her RAD exams until now. She wants to continue with her RAD exams and we are looking for something focused in proper ballet training for RAD exams. I couldn’t find so far, willing to travel further if needed.

 

Your help will be greatly appreciated as I am a little bit lost, as until now she attended a great ballet school and she really loves ballet!

There are at least three registered RAD teachers in Telford, as shown on the RAD Find a Teacher page, which also shows some in Shrewsbury.

 

If they are registered with the RAD it should in theory mean good teaching; only you and your DD know who will best suit you - perhaps as a starting point contact one or more of these teachers and ask about a trial or taster class?

So, not RAD, but has *excellent* results in BBO, and many young dancers in Associate classes at Elmhurst and Royal -  Oak Tree Dance Studio near Market Drayton. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Hi, I can recommend Carmichael School of Dance and Theatre Arts based in Telford. They do RAD Ballet and the owner Nicola is lovely x
