There certainly seems acute awareness that there are many graduate & soon to graduate dancers all seeking work & needing to keep up with training to that end…. But instead of more courses, it is paid dance jobs that is really needed. I’m a massive fan of newly relaunched LCB….but can’t help feel that this company especially could have/should have employed a far higher proportion of UK National dancers in their first cohort….but maybe this initiative might convince future employment of UK grad dancers??? Time will tell I guess…
