Help with Russian!

I wasn’t sure where to post this, but here goes:

 

A friend had Maya Plisetskaya sign this for me when she was touring the Ave Maya show.  This was a gala in Athens. Is there a Russian speaker out there who can read her writing and translate it for me please?  Many thanks in anticipation!

The text on the right is probably "in memory of Plisetskaya 2011."

This translation is correct.

Thank you all so much. My middle name is Maya because when the Bolshoi went to NY for the first time in 1959, my mother was eight months pregnant with me. My parents saw all of Maya’s performances (my dad queued for hours at the Met for tickets) and were so bowled over by her that they gave me Maya as a middle name when I was born a month later!  My friend told this story to Miss Plisetskaya and she was very touched…thus the words she wrote.

That's so beautiful, @Sim - what your friend did, your parents' experience and Ms Plisetskaya's message. I'm just amazed that you waited for so many years to get it translated! 😮 (I wouldn't have the patience.)

I think my friend told me what it meant when he gave it to me in 2011.  I then put it in a drawer and forgot about it until a couple of days ago when I found it in a folder with some programmes from that Bolshoi visit.  I had forgotten what it said which is why I asked for help on here...I knew that, as always, our members would come up with the answer.  I have now written it down and attached it to the signed programme so I don't forget again, and so that I can tell my daughter as it will be hers one day.
