Kickstarter Campaign for the Ballerina - Marie-Christine Mouis

Our company, Red Palette Pictures, is now in the process of fundraising for a documentary - Holding on to the Barre about former ballerina of the Boston Ballet (earlier a dancer from Paris Opera Ballet), Marie-Christine Mouis who danced with great Nureyev in the 1980s.

 

Now, despite being confined to a wheelchair due to Lyme disease, Marie-Christine hasn't altered her belief that she will win.

 

Even in her resistance to pain and her persistent self-treatment, she never loses her sense of humour, her charm and disarming smile.

 

The film explores the struggles that Marie-Christine faces, yet shows her firm determination to defeat the disease.

 

With your help this inspiration documentary can be completed and see by many people around the world. There is no small amount - anything helps. A portion of these funds will be given to Marie-Christine to help her go on and continue her fight!
