Bluebird
I'm sure there must be a thread with the nominations but I haven't managed to find it. Jan McNulty
Hello Bluebird, although the award ceremony is today the awards cover the period 18/19 so I've adjusted your title. I found the original thread about the nominations but it had become so off topic with pages of comments about a newspaper review that I think this stands better as a free-standing item. Congratulations to all the winners and especially to the wonderful Marion Tait.

LinMM
All really well deserved and especially after seeing the nominations ...some pretty good competition there in all categories!! Particularly pleased for Gavin Sutherland and Jonathon Goddard but all are amazing winners.
Bruce Wall
A rich field of choice and chosen. Especially pleased for the ever glorious Marion Tait and Gavin Sutherland - (for both of whom no amount of praise is ever sufficient in my book) - and heartened to see the award given to Katja Khaniukova for what was I thought a truly joyful break-out season in so many ways. Also pleased to see SFB recognised for their presentation of the Ratmansky Trilogy - most especially after it had been so very poorly attended at Sadler's Wells. Congratulations to all winners. bridiem
Shouldn't the choreography categories include the word 'new' because the nominees comprise only new or recent works/works not seen here before? (I assume they don't think the nominations are all better than pre-existing great choreography that was on show during the year.) Either way, I'm glad the Shostakovich Trilogy was recognised; but SFB winning outstanding company seems a bit odd to me (though I thought they were excellent). I'm particularly pleased about Gary Avis and Marion Tait.
