Dance*is*life
I'm helping a student prepare a video audition for RBS. One of the requirements for the adage in the centre is a grand posé. I'm presuming it's a step into an open position - like in the advanced temps lié en l'air. Does anyone know for sure what they want? Thanks in advance! Pas de Quatre
I just looked on the RBS website and it is "Pose" without an accent on the e. So in this case I think Grand Pose would be Attitudes and Arabesques.
Dance*is*life
Thanks - I was sure I saw posé! Funny thing to ask for though - wouldn't you automatically include them in an adage -especially as they also ask for promenades!

Pas de Quatre
Just to complicate matters, in the Vaganova system Grand Pose is a position of the arms, equivalent to RAD 4th position. Small pose is equivalent to RAD 3rd position of the arms. However, I'm pretty sure that's not what they are asking for!
