RCS auditions 2019

Last year finals had two groups of about 20 each, possibly a few more. Finals take place over two days. The first day includes a short interview and physio assessment which are both done on a timetable so you can come and go as suits depending on your time slots- make sure to bring a leotard and tights for the physio assessment! The second day is a normal ballet class with some pointe at the end and a short contemporary class. The second day ends with a talk and tour of the main building and accommodation. Hope that helps and anymore questions about finals and RCS feel free to ask.

We were told they would get results out very quick, by Wednesday- although we are now Friday and still not heard. I know for some finals clash with another upper school which is a shame. Has anyone been offered a straight place without finals?

My daughter was offered a place straight after preliminary audition last year. We went for the final though as she still had to see the physio. We could have arranged our own physio appointment at home if we had wanted though.
