Willie Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 Preview – Chicago Repertory Ballet, Mixed Bill: Vicki Crain, Windy City Times Thanks, Ian. I was unaware of Chicago’s newest professional dance company. The CRB will debut on 21.09.12 at Ruth Page Center for the Arts, a small theater within walking distance from my home. I have no plans for next Friday, so I purchased my tickets to see (and support) this new company.
Ian Macmillan Posted September 13, 2012 Author Posted September 13, 2012 Willie: We know from a number of sources that the daily Links output is watched over a surprisingly widespread geographical area, and we can tell from the 1900 or so 'views' each week that it forms a part of many people's morning web surfing, but I'd have to say that your news puts a certain intimacy into it all. Enjoy the show, and tell us about it afterwards. (More 'small world' - we had a piece from the Chicago Tribune in Sunday's Links on Autumn Eckman who is choreographing one of the numbers.)
