Royal Ballet Casting for Autumn Season 2018/19

Thanks to Richard LH for flagging, on the Nutcracker thread, that Hinkis replaced Maguire as Clara on 21st December. 

 

Hinkis is also replacing Maguire as Clara on 1st Jan evening. 

 

Maguire is still scheduled to dance Clara on 11th Jan. 

 

I guess, once again, ticket holders have not been informed?

Oh blast, I'm pretty sure I'd booked for Maguire   At this point, I'm wondering whether *any* of the dancers I'd booked to see will actually be performing

The role of Herr Drosselmeyer has been replaced by Thomas Whitehead, evening show on 28 December. 

Originally Benett Gartside was casted.

Alastair Marriott appears on Instagram photos and is shown on the cast list on the ROH website for the 28 December matinee - if there was a late change, it’s good the website has been updated.

Ben gartside was in the matinee 28th Dec as Herr stahlbaum. Ie daddy
