Picturesinthefirelight
I'm wondering whether it is appropriate for me to remain on this forum especially as the new term starts next month and audition season starts Although in a lot of ways I am just the mum of a dd who loves to sing act and dance the fact remains that come September my dh will be teaching some of your dc and may have already done so at his previous colleges and I have to be so careful what I say. I will probably lurk around but will stay off certain threads.
primrose
I think this forum welcomes everybody regardless of if they are students or teachers or parents. I think everybody has something to offer, we might all not agree on certain subjects but hopefully I think we all respect each others opinions. So I would definately say, please stick around.
Ian Macmillan
There's no need to leave and, as you already realise, it will simply be a matter of choosing where and when to intervene. I can think of least one other Forum member who elects to keep off certain topics for reasons akin to yours.
Anna C
I echo everyone's advice. We should all be reasonably mindful of what we post anyway because this is a public forum and we literally never know who is reading! But there may still be questions you need to ask and answers you can help with from your experience as a ballet parent. You'd be missed if you went. :-)
