sleep123 Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Just received all the JA bumf through the post and am hyper-ventilating at the prospect of trying to make the skirt (or finding someone happy locally to do so for me!!) I don't suppose anyone has one to sell?
Siconne50 Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Know how you are feeling! I stressed about making the skirt last year for my dd, there was no way i could make it.you will probably find it easier to contact a local dance shop or somewhere that makes festival costumes etc.i contacted a local dressmaker last year who quoted me 50 pounds to make it! Luckily found a dance shop who made it for 10 pounds.dont think you'll have much luck in buying a second hand one as people probably hang on to them as a memory of dd's ja days! Good luck

Regattah Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 I would sell my DD's if anyone wants it. It would fit a 9 year old/small 10-11 year old.
sooziedoo Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 If anyone else has a national skirt they no longer need and would be happy to sell it, please let me know (am looking for a friend!) Thanks. x
