Brilliant interview with The Royal Ballet's '1st soloist' Claire Calvert

Just discovered this brilliant interview with the 'first soloist' of The Royal Ballet Company in the UK, Claire Calvert.

 

It's on the podcast, 'Inside The West End'. Two performers interviewing different people who work in the world of theatre in London. It's a really lovely insight into the training at The Royal Ballet School and the reality of the dancers schedules.

The podcast isn't generally a dance podcast, but episode 14 is with west end choreographer (and former pro dancer) Alistair David. So worth checking the other episodes out.

Is there any way it can be opened on a laptop?  I don't use a smartphone and iTunes can't open it.

Yes, the android link should take you to the website 'Acast', which has it. Alternatively if the link doesn't work then head to Acast.com and search for the podcast 'Inside The West End' and it's their most recent episode. Very easy. Hope this helps.

How? I've followed the instructions above but still get messages about needing to get the App. Is that a prerequisite?

I'm working on a Macbook and had no problems with the iTunes link.

 

I also clicked on the Android link and had no problems with that either.
