NT - online booking problems

The National Theatre has suspended Members Priority booking this morning - due to technical problems. They will send an email - with a new date - when the problem has been resolved.

 

So, it's not just the ROH who have 'technical problems'......

The NT also had appalling problems during Advance booking. They happily exchanged the Circle tickets for which I was forced to settle for the Travelex front of stalls ones that I originally wanted free of any administration fee when these reappeared on the site the following day. As usual, the NT box office couldn't have been more helpful.

Unusually for me I booked 2 tickets at the National on Tuesday at 8.30am (public booking and) was pleased, after about 15 minutes in the queue I got £15 Travelex ones at the back of the circle for Amadeus and The Seagull, and the seats are as large and comfortable as the expensive ones.
