They will send an email - with a new date - when the problem has been resolved. They happily exchanged the Circle tickets for which I was forced to settle for the Travelex front of stalls ones that I originally wanted free of any administration fee when these reappeared on the site the following day. Beryl H Posted June 25, 2016 Share Posted June 25, 2016 Unusually for me I booked 2 tickets at the National on Tuesday at 8.30am (public booking and) was pleased, after about 15 minutes in the queue I got £15 Travelex ones at the back of the circle for Amadeus and The Seagull, and the seats are as large and comfortable as the expensive ones. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
