munchkin16
I'm turning 21 and can't decide what to do for my birthday in April. I sort of want it to be dance related, so I'm looking for suggestions of something a little different or special but not crazily expensive! Anyone have any ideas? Lisa O`Brien
I suppose it depends where you live and what is available to you locally. Are you planning on celebrating with friends, and are your friends interested in dance too?
munchkin16
I live close to London. My closest friend likes dance, the others have no clue! So it would either be with her or a day with my family kind of thing?
Jan McNulty
Last year my birthday seemed to extend over quite a period of time! Around the actual day, I had my family day with my nieces the day before when we went out for a nice lunch. On the actual day, Northern Ballet were in Blackpool. So I met up with my friends there. We had a meal and then went to the performance. It was a magical day. Do you go to a regular class. Perhaps you could take cakes/wine in on a day near the time to enjoy with your class friends. Or is there a performance on that you could all go to or just go for celebratory drinks after class.

alison
Have you done the ROH guided tours? (Are they still doing them, or have they fallen victim to the redevelopment work?)
