Fiz Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 I am so disappointed with Dance Direct. I've used them since they were a very small firm and the girls were tiny. They recently set up a new website and I have found it a very frustrating process. We had to change our passwords which took me several attempts over several days. I finally managed it today and tried to order something. I got nowhere. The order process page won't load. I am very unimpressed. I don't think I will bother anymore. Moomin Posted March 12, 2016 Share Posted March 12, 2016 I won't be using them again as they refused to return a leotard which my daughter hadn't even tried on and then ignored my complaint. For the £8 or 9 it cost I couldn't be bothered to keep chasing them but she honestly didn't try it on as she tried (and kept) the larger one first.
