SBallerina
Any experiences with using the 2nd skin girl squares on blisters?
LinMM
No unfortunately not. Where can you buy them?
Anon2
Dd was given them by school medical when had bruised toe nails. Don't know if they worked any better than a gel tip protector. We topped up from Amazon. Mostly seem to be used by runners.

Lifeafterballet?
Daughter uses them .....ill ask her why! They come in a large tub and as long as you decant some into a smaller pot, keeping the big pot closed tightly, they seem to last. She was introduced to them some years back at summer school by a nurse.
sarahw
What tape do you recommend with them Jane and life after ballet?
Lifeafterballet?
Micropore but not the (cheaper) paper version - the (dearer - isn't everything involved with ballet !!) one that is more fabric ..... It is softer and bends without folding. Edited January 19, 2016 by Lifeafterballet?
Anon2
Dd used micropore. The squares are not very big - 2.5cm square. Don't think our pot has been touched for ages as dd worked out her problem areas and hardened them with spirit.
