MIDAS auditions 2016

Hi all, just a quick note to let you know that audition applications for MIDAS (entry in September) are now live on the website (www.midas-dance.org.uk).

 

Recent teachers have included Daniel Jones, Kei Akahoshi, Nicky Henshall, Rosina Andrews, Callie Roberts (Progressing Ballet Technique) as well as myself and MIDAS' own strength and conditioning tutor, Abigail Wells. In the future I will be inviting more guest teachers including some fantastic dance strength and conditioning experts who I connected with at the recent Dance UK 'Dance Stronger' conference. At MIDAS we are committed to the promotion of healthy, positive dance training and advise our students on how to be fitter, stronger dancers whilst looking after their bodies and minds.
