  1. Blisters- The bane but reality of all dancers life, so I’m sure there are some fantastic home remedies out there that I don’t know about. Especially where it doesn’t require a trip to a chemist for supplies (not practical). Focusing more do on the type of blister that has already burst and raw skin exposed all within one lesson 😩. An interesting topic so I’m looking forward to reading your tried and tested, successful treatments. Thank you.
  2. Dear all, my DD is suffering from above caused by moisture. Anybody know what to do or what to recommend. X
  3. I know its an on-going problem for many dancers.. but are they any tips on how to avoid/treat them?? My DS does alot of contemporary in bare feet.. and its his big toes that suffer. He has tried using surgical spirit..but trouble is just when the blisters start to heal.. he can often then have another intensive period where he is in bare feet and the cycle starts again. He cant really strap them with plasters, etc. as this doesnt look very professional.. he doesnt moan and just gets on with it.. but I know they give him some discomfort.. but is it just an 'occupational hazard'!!??
