  1. i agree quality not quantity. If she is keen then I would let her dance what she likes but private lessons definitely sound good and a way of honing her technique. Take advice from her dance teacher on whether she would be a suitable candidate for associate classes. Sadly despite lots of enthusiasm not every child will be have the right potential.
  2. i think it must depend on which centre you are at, my JA1 year 4 is having 32 sessions as is my JA year 5. I'm not sure what i'm doing about classes with my children's scheduled classes yet.
  3. Hi, I'm not quite a newbie as my son danced with JA last year and this year my daughter will be joining him. But girls' uniform is a whole new ballgame!! I'd be interested in buying a JA character skirt if anyone has one for a tiny 21inch waist? I'm interested to read some centres are now offering boys only classes. My son would love that but its not happening at our centre.
  4. Hi I'm looking to buy a character skirt for JA, preferably professionally made by JA seamstress. Waist size 20 inches. I'm not too worried about length as I can adjust. Please let me know if you have one for sale. Thank you.
